Description
Christ’s head is turned to one side, the expression on His face rendered in detail on this Corpus. It comes with a placard marked INRI and is ready to affix to a cross to provide a Crucifix for your church or chapel.
Hand-carved from linden wood by the artists of the Demetz studio in Italy, you may choose a color, natural or stain finish. A variety of sizes ranging from twenty-four to seventy-two inches makes it easy to find a size to accommodate the church you are furnishing.
Because the Corpus will be produced by hand, slight variations from the image may occur in the shape, texture or color of the Corpus. This is to be expected in a unique piece and does not affect the quality or beauty of the final product.
This Corpus is also available sculpted from high-quality Carrara marble or cast in bronze.
